I am a panelist on BBC Radio Cymru’s ‘Galwad Cynnar’ programme, and am a regular guest on other radio programmes to talk about topics relating to Wales’ food heritage, including Radio 4’s ‘The Food Programme’ and Radio New Zealand. As well as this I give regular talks to groups on aspects of Welsh food and landscape history and Wales’ apple heritage in both Welsh and English and preach in churches and chapels.
